Oracle of Dagon
“Like other similar pieces recovered from the houses of the prominent families of Innsmouth, this piece, known as the "Oracle of Dagon" is believed to serve a religious function among members of the Esoteric Order of Dagon. According to a statement given under duress by an unidentified Innsmouth resident, an "Oracle of Dagon" is carved from a rare blue-green coral that can be found near the undersea city of Y'ha-nthlei. They are fashioned into the visage of Dagon and embellished with "Innsmouth Gold" accents and symbols. These icons are kept near an individual's bed and it is believed by adherents that Dagon himself whispers to them in their slumber messages of revelation as they undergo "the change".
